Prince Lateef Adekunle Adele has built his career on one principle: turning commitments into measurable results. For more than a decade, he has led complex, multi-million-pound transformation programmes for some of the world's most recognised organisations, including a £40 million national digital transformation programme for the UK's Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), and major enterprise-wide initiatives at Vodafone, Unilever, Innocent Drinks, Dixons Carphone Warehouse and Refresco.
His work has consistently reduced costs, improved efficiency, strengthened governance and modernised institutions serving millions of people. That experience was earned in environments where failure was not an option.

Prince Lateef's roots run deep within Lagos. He is a proud son of the historic Adele-Ajosun Royal House.
